Set on 30 acres of peaceful woodland, this retreat invites you to pause and breathe deeply—surrounded by the wild beauty of Stowe, Vermont and supported by a circle of women walking a similar path.
This retreat isn't about escaping your life; it's about learning profound ways to support yourself within it. Come as you are, and leave feeling reconnected, revitalized, and returned to your wild, free, and whole self.
Retreat will be held at the stunning Sterling Forest Lodge.
Green Mountain Lodge Accommodations with Vermont Vibes
Accommodations for three nights and four days at the lovely Sterling Forest Lodge nestled in the magical woods of Stowe, Vermont. With decor drawn from its surroundings, the lodge was carefully crafted using local, natural materials to intimately connect guests with the outdoors.
Nourishing Meals
Daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), snacks, and coffee/tea will be provided. One night you will have dinner on your own to experience the food scene in Stowe.
Daily Yoga & Meditation Practices
Daily yoga and meditation in the Sanctuary Yoga Studio overlooking the mountains.
Yoga mats, blankets, and props provided, or BYO. No experience needed.

We'll spend slow, meditative time in nature, offering a rich and deep experience of the forest to help you feel your connection to the earth.
Hydrotherapy Ritual
A soothing ritual to ease tension in the mind and heart that includes a custom built wood-fired sauna, wood-fired hot tub, and cedar barrel cold plunge. Bring a bathing suit.
Nightly Fire Pits and Stargazing
The therapeutic ambiance of a crackling fire, with its warmth, light, and natural sounds, creates a deeply relaxing and restorative atmosphere that beautifully complements the awe and wonder evoked by the dark sky of Vermont.
Rest, Play, Reflection, & Well-Being
Intentionally scheduled free time for fun, rest, personal exploration, or relaxation.

Sterling Forest Lodge is nestled in the beautiful and magical woods of Stowe, Vermont. Beyond the walls of the lodge lives a beautiful, thriving forest of hard and softwood trees. Each guest room at Sterling forest is named after the type of tree used for the wood flooring of that room, which is also found in the surrounding forest.

Each room has two twin beds or one king bed. The Bunk House room comes with two full sized beds and is only available as a double occupancy. Once you are booked, you can indicate whether you would like the bed arranged as a king or as twins. Max, 2 people/per room.

Dawn and I met at the University of New Hampshire where we co-created and led the campus' wellness coaching program and designed courses and trainings on well-being. Our shared professional joy is helping clients/students cope with life's challenges and move towards well-being and ease utilizing practices that are backed by science and that honor the totality of your identities and story.
